Hi, I’m Gaby- an operations-focused virtual assistant with a background in healthcare and small business support.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, where I built a strong foundation in business operations, organization, and process improvement. That education, paired with hands-on experience, allows me to support clients with both structure and attention to detail.
Over the past five years, I’ve worked in healthcare operations, coordinating schedules, managing workflows, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. I’m naturally detail-oriented and thrive behind the scenes- building systems, organizing information, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Today, I support small business owners and healthcare professionals by providing reliable virtual assistance, backend organization, and workflow support. My goal is simple: to reduce overwhelm, improve efficiency, and help businesses stay organized so they can focus on growth.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new food spots, and enjoying the sunny San Diego weather!
