Hi, I'm Gaby! and I've spent the last several years making sure things don't fall apart behind the scenes.

My background spans more than one industry, and I think that's exactly what makes me a better VA. I got my start in healthcare operations, where I coordinated surgical schedules, managed complex workflows, and kept fast-moving teams organized under pressure. That world taught me precision, confidentiality, and how to anticipate problems before they happen.

But healthcare wasn't my only classroom. I've also managed short-term vacation rentals across San Diego, handling guest communications, pricing strategy, and day-to-day operations end to end. And I've done meaningful work in the nonprofit sector, which shaped how I approach every client relationship: with purpose, not just productivity.

I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, but my real education came from being the person everyone counted on, calmly, quietly, and without dropping the ball.

Today I work with solopreneurs, realtors, photographers, and busy professionals who are growing fast and need someone they can actually trust. Not just a task taker. A real operational partner who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and gets things done.

I'm based in sunny San Diego and work remotely with clients across the country. When I'm not streamlining someone's inbox or building out a workflow, you'll find me exploring new restaurants or soaking up the California sun with my favorite people.
