My background spans more than one industry, and I think that's exactly what makes me a better VA. I got my start in healthcare operations, where I coordinated surgical schedules, managed complex workflows, and kept fast-moving teams organized under pressure. That world taught me precision, confidentiality, and how to anticipate problems before they happen.
But healthcare wasn't my only classroom. I've also managed short-term vacation rentals across San Diego, handling guest communications, pricing strategy, and day-to-day operations end to end. And I've done meaningful work in the nonprofit sector, which shaped how I approach every client relationship: with purpose, not just productivity.
I hold a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, but my real education came from being the person everyone counted on, calmly, quietly, and without dropping the ball.
Today I work with solopreneurs, realtors, photographers, and busy professionals who are growing fast and need someone they can actually trust. Not just a task taker. A real operational partner who shows up prepared, communicates clearly, and gets things done.
